The program of #GrappaTrentinoLovers.

The Trentino grappa tasting is the centerpiece of the event. From 4 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 10, and Monday, February 12, “Grappa trentina a’ la carta” will be held. In this course, you will learn how to identify young and old single-varietal grappas. All accompanied by distinctive crostoli, handmade chocolate, Pasticceria Lucian biscuits, and a variety of cheeses from Caseificio di Primiero. The tasting “Grappa del Trentino e i suoi miscelati” will also take place on the same days and at the same time. On this occasion, guests can sample a Grappa del Trentino-based cocktail along with freshly made Trentino sushi prepared right in front of them by Ristorante Il Caminetto.

For younger kids, fairies and elves will assist in crafting carnival masks using natural materials obtained from the forest on Saturday, February 10 and Monday, February 12 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday at 10 a.m. is the scheduled time for another session, but this one is for adults. At Dolci Mari e Monti, Silvia Coletto, a professional chef and food writer, will help create romantic sweets using chocolate and dried fruit. These will be eaten at the conclusion of the session and, obviously, coupled with Grappa del Trentino.

Sunday, February 11 at 4 p.m. is the last event planned, and it offers “La tua grappa del Trentino alle erbe.” Elisa from Erborì will demonstrate how to blend the perfect amount of spices and mountain herbs to produce your own custom Trentino Grappa, according to one’s preferences and demands.
