Verona hosts the BMX European Championships 2024. More than two thousand athletes from 25 nations will arrive.

Verona will be the international capital of BMX . The Olympic BMX Arena (really closed to the Bentegodi, Stadium of the city) will host the first two rounds of the 2023 BMX European Cup. The UEC (European Cycling Union) has selected the City of Verona, and in particular the AGSM AIM BMX Olympic Arena, as the ideal place to host the more than 2.000 athletes from all over Europe. The Championships, which will take place from 31 May to 2 June 2024.

The Verona BMX track, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, has become a benchmark for international BMX athletes. All of this has been made possible thanks to the great teamwork and investment of the region. The BMX Absolute European Championship was already held in Verona in 2016.
