Three days with Peter Girtler, chef with two Michelin stars and four Gault Millau caps, to discover South Tyrol‘s culinary wonders. The Gusto program includes meditations, yoga, and a Finnish sauna; from November 9 to 11, it will offer dinners, brunches, and afternoon buffets at the Romantik Hotel Staflerin Sterzing.

On Thursday, November 9, there will be an aperitif made by chef Peter Girtler, followed by a journey through Far Eastern food and philosophy with sushi expert Chang and a menu of twelve dishes in four courses. Wines from the Eisacktaler Winery will be served by house sommelier Lisa Kinkelin, as will a range of craft beers curated by beer sommelier Christian Ossanna. To round up the evening, a cocktail bar will serve classics and lifestyle cocktails made with Reisetbauer’s exclusive Austrian house spirits.

Friday will begin with a special breakfast, followed by an evening menu including traditional South Tyrolean delicacies. On Saturday, November 11, two Michelin-starred chefs will collaborate on a sumptuous meal. Chef Girtler will join Paul Ivić in preparing dishes made entirely of plant-based ingredients, which will be paired with wines selected by sommelier Lisa Kinkelin.

The Gusto between culinary and relaxation proposals

The stay proposal includes 2 or 3 nights with the following: a rich breakfast with Km0 products; dinners; brunch; an afternoon buffet with cakes, tea, and coffee specialties; use of the wellness oasis “Romantica” with an indoor pool, Finnish sauna, salt steam bath, and infrared cabin; the wellness program with meditation with bells, yoga, and other relaxing moments. The cost is 350 euros per person.
