It’s time to count down to Vinitaly and the City, the annual Vinitaly fuori salone that turns Verona into the wine lover’s capital. Tastings, masterclasses, seminars, meetings, and guided tours will take place over four days, including cultural, artistic, musical, and geographical activities. This year, there is much anticipation for the appointments with the Cesarine community which is planning 38 activities such as dinners, seminars, and culinary classes. From Friday, April 12, to Sunday, April 14, wine enthusiasts may pick from six culinary courses to learn about the most famous dishes of Veronese tradition and their relationship to local wines.

Cesarine.com is Italy’s first online platform for food experiences, with a network of about 1,500 amateur cooks and chefs who welcomed over 48,000 visitors last year, the majority of whom were foreign (+65% compared to 2022). This year, they will open their doors to serve Amarone lasagnette risotto, “cicchetti,” bigoli, potato gnocchi, classic Veronese complementing sauces, or the highly versatile polenta, concluded with Zaletti and tiramisu.
