Following the success of the Polis project, launched last March in municipalities with less than 15 thousand inhabitants, the issue of Passports has been extended to the cities of Verona, Bologna and Cagliari. A service that became operational a few days ago in 32 post offices in Verona and its province where it is possible to apply for a new passport or renew an expiring one.

The new service is the result of the collaboration between the Italian Post Office and the Ministry of the Interior and was introduced to overcome the digital divide in the area. Now, in fact, it is possible to present documentation directly at the post office counter, after booking, where the application will be taken care of. Here the site POSTE ITALIANE
