From 10 to 15 August 2023 dozens of ‘In Love’ events spread across twelve towns in Veneto and Austria. From the lake to the sea and the Tyrol, urban decorations and themed happenings with free access. Among the proposals, artists suspended over the waters of the Benaco, stilt-walking shows, concerts, traditional Tyrolean music folklore, and a tribute to the Italian singer Lucio Battisti with a unique show.
“Lago di Garda in Love” is the summer event that celebrates love in all its forms and chorally promotes Lake Garda as the chosen place of the heart is back. In addition to the traditional Valentine’s Day event, Lago di Garda in Love also offers its colourful and always different formula in summer for all those who wish to celebrate their love in the resorts around Lake Garda and in the special-guest towns participating in the project.
From Thursday, 10 to Tuesday, 15 August, eight Veronese towns will unveil their romantic side: Malcesine, Brenzone sul Garda, Torri del Benaco, Bardolino, San Zeno di Montagna, Lazise, Castelnuovo del Garda, Valeggio sul Mincio plus the guest towns of Innsbruck, Soave, Jesolo and Montagnana. ‘Un estate da vivere con il cuore’ (A summer to live with the heart), the claim chosen for the third edition organised by PromoE20, will be a week full of events to experience the lake and its various territories through the feelings of the heart, the love of art, music, the territory, and the pleasure of being together in moments of celebration, entertainment and conviviality.
A unique attraction for Veronese and tourists who will find in the participating municipalities one more reason to choose Garda as a destination. The Big Luminous Hearts will be set up this year in the historic town centres of Bardolino and Lazise. In some locations there will be Selfie in Love stations to take photos next to the Large Cube with the inscription Love and share them on the event’s social channels (Facebook and Instagram) with the hashtags: #lagodigardainlove and #lungolagodamore
